Amelia (hope I spelt her name right) always goes above and beyond to assist our family with enquiries. We buy a lot of switch games. Today was no exception, she helped my find a Kuromi Squishamellow which will absolutely make my daughter's Christmas. Thank you so much!

Didn’t have a chance to grab her name but she works on 4/1 after 5pm with Ethan. She made my day and provided the best customer service. She assisted me with my refund within 30min going beyond and above. Definitely will come back for purchase! Thank you so much!

The management is so bad. I pre-ordered a game and I turned up to the store. Firstly the store worker was very rude and also the worker working on the day I pre - ordered didn't write my name in the system properly meaning I couldn't get the game a week before missing out. Good one Eb Games
